Tiprego is a hand-printing textile company located in Basel, Switzerland.
The company was founded in 2013 by the textile designer Karl Baumgartner, with the rather selfish goal of re-exercising his profession, focusing on the craftsmanship and printing the designs himself.
Within the first years, we have renewed our technical expertise and established a reliable network. And by the way, we have written our own color recipe program and, on the basis of it, printed our own color chart for acid dyes.
At the heart of our working space is our printing table, with a length of 15 meters and for fabrics up to 150 cm width. This is where ideas become designs and designs become fabrics.
Our small infrastructure allows us to focus on the essentials. The production of small quantities in excellent quality – always at the limit of profitability.
We know the world seems to be digital.
On the other hand, we are aware that the fashion, as we have experienced in the past centuries, is gone – not just for the moment, but forever – and fast fashion, really is not what we are interested in.
So. If you think about a collaboration and / or have your own ideas with its own distinctive handwriting, but you don't have the appropriate infrastructure to implement them, then contact us:
Wir nehmen was kommt und geben was geht – if we don't have to look at you naked.
